FUNDRAISING PROGRAM
We are proud to support any organization with their fundraising efforts by providing them with soy candles at a discounted price in order to raise funds. Many organizations conduct candle fundraising, so why not help your organization, your supporters and, now because of soy candles, the environment. We will also put your own custom labels on the jar at no extra cost. You provide us with the artwork or tell us what you want on it and we will design it for you, all at no charge. You can be sure that you will get the best quality soy candles for your organization, at the best possible profit margin.
Fundraising Fun and Easy with our Program!!!
First we provide every one of your members a sales order form featuring up to 3 sizes and 10 scents of our all natural, clean burning, long lasting soy candles. Your members go to their family and neighbors, and their parents sell to their co-workers for a predetermined amount of time that is selected by you. We found out through experience that if you offer too many scents you will make it to hard for the customer to choose and ultimately will lower your sales. That is why we will only feature up to 3 sizes and 10 scents (over 60 to choose from.)
You should have your customers pay when ordering (If not you risk your customers making false promises). All checks should be made payable to your organization. When the select selling term ends, each member will then turn in their order forms and all cash and checks to your fund raising Director.
Now keep in mind that you still have all of the funds. All that is left is to figure out how much of each item your members sold which is easy to do when you use the TOTAL TALLY SHEET. Once you have your totals send them to us via email, fax, mail, phone, or, if you’re in the local area, you can drop them off at our store. At the same time drop off or mail us a check only for your cost, you keep the profits.
As soon as we receive your order we will hand pour your candles to ensure that they are fresh and custom made for your organization. At the same time we will add your own custom label at no extra charge or if you would like we can use our brand label. We will then ship the candles out in 12-16 business days.
